What's the difference between this and the Gift Set?

The Gift Set is pot, plant, spray, and care card. The Complete Bundle adds the Plant Ninja Soil Blend, the Plant Food Concentrate, and the funnel, so you've got everything to repot, feed, and maintain the plant long-term. Same plant and pot, more care system.

Which plant will I get?

A hand-selected healthy 4" tropical that's looking its best the week we ship. Varieties rotate by season so we can always pick from what's actually thriving. Leave a note at checkout if you have a request.

Can I pick the pot color?

Yes. Choose Black, White, or the limited Seasonal Sesame at checkout. All are 4.5" Momma Pots ceramic with a matching water saucer.

Is the plant alive when it ships?

Yes, it's a real, healthy live plant. We pack it to travel: roots secured, leaves protected, soil contained. Most plants ship and arrive within a few days.

How long does the concentrate and soil last?

Plenty for the plant you receive, with concentrate left over for weeks of feedings. The soil bag is sized for a 4-inch pot repot with some to spare for top-offs.

Do you do bulk orders for offices?

Yes. We pre-order sets of 10, 25, and 50 for holiday gifts, client thank-yous, and corporate events. Email hello@plantninja.co with your numbers and timeline and we'll take it from there.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it, no questions. Live plants travel well 99% of the time, but stuff happens. We've got you.

Free US shipping on orders over $35. Live-arrival promise on every bundle. The plant, pot, spray, soil, and concentrate are not returnable, but if anything's wrong we'll make it right.
