HOW TO REPOT

01 - LOOSEN
Slide the plant out of its 4″ pot. Gently tease the outer roots so they know where to go next.
02 - NESTLE
Quarter-fill the 6″ pot with the blend. Set the plant in. Pour the rest of the bag in around the sides.
03 - WATER
A slow, even soak until water runs through the drainage. Done. The empty bag goes in the recycling, not the garage.

What size plant is the Ultimate Soil Blend for?
One 1-quart bag is sized to move a 4-inch plant into a 6-inch pot with a little buffer. If you're potting up something bigger, grab one bag per repot.
Is this only for indoor plants?
It's blended with indoor houseplants in mind: pothos, monstera, pilea, calathea, fiddle leaf, philodendron, peperomia, and most common foliage plants. It also works beautifully for porch herbs and small balcony planters.
Can I use it for succulents or cacti?
We don't recommend it for succulents or cacti. The blend is intentionally rich and moisture-holding, which is the opposite of what desert plants want. Pair those with a dedicated cactus mix.
How long does a sealed bag stay fresh?
Sealed and kept out of direct sun, the bag stays fresh and viable for at least 12 months. Once opened, use it for that repot. The whole point is no half-used sack sitting around.
